Limited Grant & Contract Submission Availability We are currently accepting a limited number of clients this quarter for professional grant and contract submission services. Service Pricing Grant & Contract Submission Services • Single Submission: $475 per submission • Submission Bundle (Up to 3 Submissions): $1,497 • Six-Month Grant Submission Program: $3,700 Includes ongoing grant submissions each month based on eligibility and capacity. • Six-Month Contracting Submission Program: $4,200 Federal, state, and local contract submissions. Volume varies based on opportunity requirements and document readiness. All pricing is for submission services only. Availability is extremely limited due to active federal, state, and corporate deadlines. This page is for serious, established organizations only that are ready to move forward immediately. Current Availability Nonprofits • Healthcare • Education • 4 total openings this quarter For-Profit Businesses • Consulting services (financial, marketing, operational, event-related) • 2 total openings this quarter Eligibility Requirements To proceed, you must: • Be a registered legal entity • Have been active for at least one year • Be prepared to submit documents immediately • Understand this is a paid professional service If these requirements are not met, please do not proceed. **All payments are final. There are no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks once payment is submitted. **

Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern all grant and contract submission services provided by South Florida Business Association. By submitting payment for services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nature of Services: South Florida Business Association provides professional grant and contract submission support services. Services include research, preparation, and submission assistance for federal, state, local, and corporate opportunities. Funding, awards, and contract selections are determined solely by the issuing entity. No funding, contract, or award is guaranteed. Eligibility Requirements: To engage services, clients must: -Be a registered legal business or nonprofit entity -Have been active for a minimum of one (1) year -Be able to provide required documentation promptly Failure to meet eligibility requirements may delay or limit services. Payment Terms: All payments are final. There are no refunds, no reversals, and no chargebacks under any circumstances once payment is submitted. Payments are for professional services rendered, not outcomes or awards. Chargebacks & Disputes By submitting payment, you agree not to dispute or charge back any transaction. Any chargeback attempt after services have begun may result in: -Immediate termination of services -Permanent disqualification from future services -Legal action to recover damages, fees, and associated costs -Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: -Providing accurate and complete information -Submitting requested documents on time -Responding promptly to communication Missed deadlines, incomplete documentation, or delayed responses may affect submissions. Capacity & Submission Volume Submission volume varies based on opportunity requirements, deadlines, document readiness, and internal capacity. Six-month programs include ongoing submissions within reasonable limits determined by opportunity availability and eligibility. Limitation of Liability South Florida Business Association is not liable for funding decisions, selection outcomes, missed opportunities due to client delays, or changes in grant or contract requirements. Agreement By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
