Cancellation Policy

This is a professional Done-For-You service designed to prepare your business for corporate and government contracts. Due to the customized nature of the work, all bookings are non-refundable and final. By booking this service, you agree to: Attend your scheduled onboarding or strategy session on time Provide all required business documentation within 48 hours of booking Maintain clear and respectful communication during the service period Allow the specified turnaround time for your deliverables (14–21 business days depending on package) Understand that success in contracting also depends on agency needs, market competition, and the completeness of your business credentials Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your onboarding session once with 24 hours' notice. No-call/no-shows will forfeit their session and payments. Payment Policy: All bookings must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan at checkout. Work will not begin until payment is processed. Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have begun or been delivered is a violation of this agreement. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to pursue the outstanding balance through collections or legal action, including but not limited to small claims court, reporting to credit bureaus, and recovery of legal fees.
