Service Description
What’s Included: • Complete company profile setup for government procurement portals • Local, state, and small business certifications (based on eligibility) • Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) profile creation • SAM.gov overview + compliance guidance (if applicable) • Template library for required documentation developed for your business • Bi-weekly check-in meetings for accountability and progress • Two (2) government contract submission prepared and submitted on your behalf Perfect For: Businesses entering the government marketplace for the first time and needing hands-on preparation. Please Note: Each business entity is treated as a separate project. If you own or operate more than one entity—whether for-profit, nonprofit, DBA, or any additional company—each entity requires its own contracting preparation, documentation, registrations, certifications, and submission process. Packages and pricing cannot be combined or shared across multiple entities. If you would like services completed for more than one business, a separate engagement and full payment will be required for each entity. Timeframe: 8-10 weeks of working together.
Cancellation Policy
By booking any service, session, or program with South Florida Business Association (“SFBA”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies apply to all clients, programs, services, packages, memberships, consulting sessions, and done-for-you deliverables. 1. No Guarantees, Promises, or Assumptions of Results SFBA does not guarantee or make any promises regarding: funding approvals, grant awards, government contract awards, corporate partnerships, certifications being approved, specific financial outcomes, business success or performance SFBA provides professional consulting, operational support, and deliverables, but we cannot guarantee the decisions of agencies, funders, buyers, or third parties. 2. Client Responsibility & Required Documentation Clients must: -provide complete, accurate, and truthful information -submit all requested documents in a timely manner -keep all business filings and registrations active -respond to SFBA communications within the required deadlines -review deliverables within the allowed timeframe Failure to provide required documents or timely communication may delay or halt your project. SFBA is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or missing information. 3. Multi-Entity Policy (Strict) Each business entity for-profit, nonprofit, DBA, or any additional company—is treated as a separate project. Packages, deliverables, and pricing cannot be combined or shared between multiple entities under any circumstances. Separate engagements and payments are required for each entity. 4. Scope of Services -Services provided by SFBA may include: -done-for-you components consulting guidance -strategic recommendations -administrative and operational support -document preparation -bid submissions (as outlined in your package) Some tasks require client action and cannot be completed by SFBA on your behalf (e.g., notarizations, in-person verifications, EIN issues, portal identity checks, etc.). If additional services are requested beyond what was purchased, a separate invoice will be required. 5. Professional Boundaries (No Therapy Clause) SFBA consultants are not therapists, social workers, mental health professionals, or crisis counselors. We provide: -business consulting -operational support -credentialing services -compliance and contracting Support: Email support admin@yoursfba.com is available during the service period. Slack access (Elite Package only) will be provided upon onboarding.
